We had a lovely stay at Rose Villa. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very peaceful but in easy reach of the shops. The garden is very peaceful and gets the sun in the evening, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine. Spent our days sightseeing, plenty of things to do in the area, very scenic.  Plenty of beautiful sandy beaches close by, all very clean and uncrowded.  I highly recommend Rose Villa. Did not want to go home!

A lovely Villa with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, stunning inside and out. Amazing quiet location, gated community with a lovely pool but not too far from local amenities. We will be returning.

Catherine and Mathew are always very helpful.

We visited in August (2018) and had a wonderful, relaxing break. The Villa was very clean and perfect for a family stay. The kids loved the swimming pool - which was never busy. We got increasingly brave as the week progressed and were so pleased that we visited historic Carcassonne and the beach at Serignan. The local food and wine are to die for!

Catherine and Mathew were great hosts...........and nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay. The villa had everything we could possibly need with our three children in tow. The air-con was especially needed as it was so hot when we stayed. Absolutely love this area as well. Such wonderful beaches and sights all within a small drive from the residence. Would definitely recommend!

We cannot fault the holiday home. Nicely furnished and everything you need for a luxurious holiday is available. The holiday park is beautifully laid out and nice and quiet. It is quite remote but that was no problem for us. There are plenty of nice towns in the area such as Pézenas and beautiful sandy beaches, but Carcassonne is definitely worth a visit. You can also enjoy canoeing on the Orb. In short, we definitely recommend Rosé Villa!

We arrived at the villa in the early hours of the morning; a lot later than expected. But Cath and Mat were not phased by this and helped us to gain access to the gated residence. The villa was clean and well kept. There was all the mod cons you'd want to have on holiday and the Wii was definitely a hit with our children. The air con and fans were definitely needed as the weather was really hot when we were there. The complex itself was very clean and it felt very safe. Our children played with other children in and around the villas. We spent a few days at the pool. The pool area was very clean and you were always able to get beds. No one rushed down to 'claim' a bed- a refreshing change! As well as this, there was a large mix of nationalities staying on the complex so it didn't feel like your usual hotel in the sun. It is a really peaceful location- and we loved it for this. We often spent nights sat outside on the patio. It wouldn't suit people who wanted a livelier holiday. You would also need transport as the complex is a few minutes drive away from local villages and towns. It was a really good base for exploring the surrounding areas. Cath and Mat recommended a lot of these places for us to visit and supplied the villa with lots of information booklets. We particularly loved Pezenas for its winding streets and gifts shops. Also Cabanes de Fleury was a hit with a beautiful harbour, a gorgeous beach (a mat went down the sand so you didn't burn your feet and the lifeguards were very proactive) and my husband assures me he had the best seafood in one of the restaurants (I think there were only three). The only negative was the mosquitos in Fleury as they were out in force there! We also enjoyed shopping and eating in Beziers and visited Pont du Diable- worth visiting for the beautiful inland beach (though you will need surf shoes / flip flops for the stones). One of the highlights of our holiday was visiting Montpelier Zoo. The actual zoo is free and we spent a full day roaming around the long walks, looking at the animals. As it was free to enter, we didn't object to paying the 19 Euros for a family of four to enter the Amazonian part- well worth it! Thank you Cath and Mat, it really did feel like a home for the two weeks we spent there. We can understand why you love it so much.

The 3-bedroom property was ideal for our family group; consisting of two double rooms and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds for the children. The villa was furnished to a comfortable homely standard with enough seats and dining chairs for our group. The kitchen area is small but functionally good for two persons who are used to working together. The outside area has a patio with chairs and a table and the owners showed us how to use the canopy for extra shade when needed. There is also a lawned area. The site itself is peaceful and feels secure with the gated access. Although the site is rural, pretty towns and villages are within easy reach by car where one can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The town of Beziers is full of atmosphere with its bull-ring and many restaurants around the busy square. For lovers of art in all its forms a visit to Pezenas is a must; its cobble streets are alive with shops and boutiques selling beautiful ceramics, paintings, clothes and textiles.

We really enjoyed staying at Rose Villa, and found that we had pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and the lounge comfortable. We did quite a lot of sight seeing based on your suggestions, and the blue box full of info was very helpful. I appreciated your prompt response to my emails, and felt confident that if there had been any problems, they would have been sorted out. Thank you for the wine in the fridge, we stocked up on it locally before leaving for home!.... ....we had a great holiday, and I will certainly be recommending Rose Villa to others.
